I have a self hosted wordpress blog we just for our Triathlon Club site. One of the things that is becoming more requested and used these days are image galleries for various races and events.

The site is hosted on a shared server of mine and I have to keep tabs on disk space with all of these images.

I started to look into ways to offload / integrate the image hosting on other services such as Dropbox (preferred choice). However plugins I stumbled across such as “PressBox” I think it was seem to be old and dated.

With so many options for image hosting these days that not only do a better job with regards to amount of space but also from a CDN perspective I’m assuming others in the community have more insight and experience with options I may wish to consider. I want something with staying power obviously so I’m not worried about having to change everything in a year if they fold up shop.

I pay for Dropbox and would love to leverage that but I’m just not sure of any good up to date plugin or solution to leverage it.

Looking for any advice or suggestions others may have on the matter.

AWS ( http://aws.amazon.com/ ) is pretty solid for CDN.

Appreciate the response. I agree that it’s a solid CDN and there are many CDN’s I would be happy to use. I suppose the real question is what plugin would facilitate my use of a CDN for images? Ideally as I am embedding images into a gallery/post the plugin would let me choose what images I want to include (just as the normal interface) then it would work the magic of uploading to the CDN and embedding them into the gallery/post.

    Any suggestions?
