Offload Media Not working

Hi WP Offload Media plugin was working in my site before but it is not working now. I can see that there is some kind of error saying “Offloaded media URLs may be broken. An error was encountered while testing the domain: Received 403 from endpoint“

Can you please confirm if your IAM user has an AmazonS3FullAccess policy? We recommend this policy to avoid any issues. If a custom policy is used instead, please check our minimum requirements here: https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-offload-media/doc/custom-iam-policy-for-amazon-s3/

If the issue persists, can you try editing your wp-config.php file to replace this line –

define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

With these lines –

define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true);
define(‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true);
define(‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false);

This will cause all runtime errors, warnings, and notices to be written to /wp-content/debug.log, which will hopefully yield some better information about what’s going on.

Can you click “Check again” under Delivery Settings, and then share the contents of the debug.log file if created, please? You may remove any sensitive data.

Once we have finished troubleshooting, you should revert that config change and delete the debug.log file.

Hi sorry for late reply as I was very sick.

I am now using CloudFlare but this is the Error message it is showing: “Offloaded media URLs may be broken due to an invalid delivery domain. cdn.digitalschoolpro.in did not resolve to an IP address.”

Furthe, if I make the debug.log true, site gets broken. I don’t know why.

Hi @anopened01,

Thanks for the update. Since you’re using Cloudflare, can you please confirm if you’re using a bucket name that’s the same as your CNAME? Please also confirm if you’ve followed our Cloudflare guide here: https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-offload-media/doc/cloudflare-setup/

If you have, kindly paste your diagnostic info here in your next response. You may remove any sensitive info.
