Offloads do not seem to be triggering

    Uploads to the media library do not seem to trigger offloading, or an error. The Offload section in media library is displayed but reads “This item has not been offloaded yet.”

    I have checked debug.log and nothing is in there. I have intentionally set an incorrect access and secret key just to force an error and checked that the debug.log is being written to.

    Please try deactivating some other plugins to see if that enables offloads to work when adding a new image and access keys are set correctly.

    In particular, please deactivate ImageMagick Engine first to see if that is interfering with the offloading before deactivating other plugins one by one to see if they were the culprit.
