Offset for feed not working
-
Hi,
this is an development site, so I can provide you credentials of .htaccess if needed.
I am using the widget of the feed with Avada theme in max mega menu.
I configured the feed https://www.wirtschaftskalender-a3.de/feed/?post_type=event&event-categories=nachhaltigeswirtschaften
When I configure “Number of elements to be shown” to 1 and “Ignore first N items of the feed” to 0 everything works as expected. If I change the configuration to 1 / 1 then still the first element of the feed is shown. I would expect the second element of the feed. When I change the configuration to 1 / 2 still the first element of the feed is shown. I would expect display of “Message to show, when feed is empty” (as there are just to elements and I tell feedzy to ignore the first two elements and display the 3rd one, which doesn’t exist (feed delivers just two elements right now).
Can you help me with this please, or is this just a misunderstanding on how the options in the widget work?

@scipper15 if offset/limit is 1/2, then the first element is skipped and the next 2 elements are shown. Currently, the plugin has a bug as mentioned in the thread https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/only-displaying-5-posts-in-front-end/#post-12302961 and we will be releasing a fix for it soon.
Hi,
I updated to the new version 3.3.17, but still no change in behavior. Feedzy basically ignores the offset. Is there a fix to this problem in sight? As I understand it, https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/only-displaying-5-posts-in-front-end/#post-12302961, doesn’t seem to be the same problem.

Reinhard@scipper15 you are right! it seems that bug has not been patched in this version. We will line it up for the next version. Keep an eye out for it!
Hi @scipper15,
We’ve released a new update that should include a fix for this issue as well. Let us know if everything is ok now.
