Offset in .css

It’s a great plugin. I really like it. Thank you.

Quick questions:

1) would be good to be able to offset logo/login area other than the current left-centre-right options. (i.e. pixel offset, so can be placed precisely on the page?

2) Footer or similar feature as mentioned above that would enable users to add notes, or website copyright information etc. Preferabl in html.
