Often doesn’t change order values

I am finding that the plugin will often leave posts with the same order value as other posts after dragging, which means they won’t necessarily actually be in the correct order. Here’s a video of me trying to reorder some posts:

Twentyseventeen with a CPT created with Pods. I drag and drop to reorder, then reload the page to see if the order will stick.

Are you using this plugin for those CPT: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/pods/ ?
I have installed Twenty Seventeen and the plugin above, create a custom post and it works to drag and drop the posts. After refreshing the page, they are in the order I chose.Could you please turn off all of your plugins except Pods and SCPO and see if it works afterwards?
