OG width and height required

    The first time I scrap my pages it does not work, with Facebook debugger reporting:

    The provided ‘og:image’ properties are not yet available because new images are processed asynchronously. To ensure shares of new URLs include an image, specify the dimensions using ‘og:image:width’ and ‘og:image:height’ tags

    If I scrap the page again it’s OK, but the main purpose of the plugin (in my case) is to avoid having to use the debugger for my pages.

    Thanks, I’ve installed the update.
    But I still get after sharing a new post:

    Could it be some caching problems? I’ll report back if the problem still happens in a few days.

    Hi @cnxsoft,

    In this article is set to feature image or OG grabs the first image from content? og:image:width/og:image:hight is currently possible only for feature image.

    No featured image, only first image from content. So I understand why it may always work.
    This morning however I shared a new post and AFAICR it worked the first time.

    Please try 2.5.1 version!

    I added og:width and og:height for images hosted by site. (It need to be in “wp_posts” table.)

    Thank you, it works OK now.
    Before Facebook would show several photos extracted from the shared post, but now only one (the first). That’s fine for my use.
