    Hello,

After installing and configuring the cache everything was working correctly, but a few days ago after a plugin updated on my site this file path was showing a 404 error.

    https://sellerstrategies.com/wp-content/plugins/google-reviews-business/static/js/minify/rplg.js

This file no longer exists, and I ensured that the correct script from the plugin loads but now I need to purge this file from the cache but even after doing all the purging options I could find the file persists.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • 1. So u clicked “Empty All Cache” under the “Performance”?

    2. Have you jumped into FTP or some other file management and looked inside the /wp-content/cache directory to confirm its empty?

    3. Are you using Minify’s Manual mode? If you are, then did you use the Wizard mode to juggle the order of your js files? I ask because its possible the file would still exist there and would need to be removed.

Yes, why would that file path still be showing?

It only happens when the W3 Total Cache plugin is active

This is happening because there is cached cotnent and W3 Total Cache is serving that content. Have you tried to empty the cache as Fist full of crisco mentioned? Alternatively if the issue persists, you may want to try deleting the folder cache. I hope this helps.

The file path I listed does not link to the cache folder

So the issue was not with W3 but rather the previouse site developer who hard coded the script into the theme footer.

    Thanks for your help!

    p.s. Love the plugin!
