Old Posts Being Made New

Today on one of my sites I started getting my Google News Feed saying that I have 2 new posts. This is happening every day. I logged in and the posts which have a fresh publish date are actually very old posts that I have not edited in years.

I have no plugins installed to make old posts new.

The only thing I did was moved the post to a new category and started sorting by tags because my categories were getting out of hand. I could understand Google thinking these may be new posts but what I don’t understand is why WordPress is changing the Publish Date for 2 posts everyday.

I have not installed any new plugins in a LONG time and the ones I do have aren’t related to posts.

Anyone care to share some light on what I’m missing or if this is something normal that I’ve never seen before?
