Let me explain thew whole situation

I have 2 data source intially with FB pixel and FB for woocommrce but pixel was not working properly, when i first installed Facebook for WooCommerce it synced all products correctly but due to erros in some products i have manauly deleted all products from FB store/commerce manager (not from woocommerce). I tried resync from plugin but it never sync any products than i disconnected woocoerce from commerce manager data source. I have also disconnected connection plugin page. I again setup and did the connection and after few hours woocomerce data source was showing back in commerce manager.

Nut still its not syncing old products which were preiouvly sunced and i deleted, But whne i create new product its going to sync in FB store. Also there is one old product which i delted is sync back but still more than 100 products are not syncing. Its more than 2 days and i clicked reync many times from plugin.

  • Hello @metsdev123 ,

If I understand correctly, you had another plugin that used Facebook Pixel to sync the products but that did not work. Then you synced the products using Facebook for the WooCommerce plugin which worked properly. However, you needed to delete the products from Facebook and now the products are not synced properly. Is that right?

In general, if you want to delete all products from the catalog we suggest using this method for Facebook for WooCommerce users: Delete or Reset all Facebook Products. It’s not clear why the products are no longer being synced when you retried now.

Do you still have the other pixel plugin installed? If you have a caching plugin I will recommend clearing the cache and deactivate it, and then try to sync again.

Also, enable logging from WooCommerce > Marketing > Facebook and check the latest logs related to Facebook for WooCommerce in WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Share the logs with us.

It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Thank you 🙂

I have unsintalled the plugin and synced with new catalog in FB and that it was syncing correctly. But still old catalog has issue so you need to fix this issue in plugin if id is missing in FB catalog than create new item may be?
