does fluent smtp save some settings to plugins own database, for it seems to “remember” settings even i delete plugin away and then try to load it as new?

Apologies that we missed your ticket earlier. Yes, Fluent SMTP saves the credential in the database and the data will be fetched later if you delete and reinstall the plugin.
