I used an old version of the plugin, which uses shortcodes like [download#id#size]. Now this version of the plugin stop works. How can I rewrite those shortcodes to be supported by a new version or how rewrite them into ordinary links?

@mixa doesn’t look like our plugin, wpdm never had any shortcode like [download#id#size]
