old thumbnails with timestamp

Hi – on the edit image screen i cropped some images with option thumbnails only. Then i regenerated the thumbnails. Now i have old thumbnails with a timestamp (Seifi_2022_004_int-e1684181102192-220×220.jpg) in my uploads folder and in the database in the wp_ewwwio_images table, i also have a record of this image. They are no longer in use. Can i delete these thumbnails from the uploads folder and the records from the wp_ewwwio_images table? Thanks for a response. regards theo
