Hi, a bit of backround info to help understand my problem. The company that I work at has an internal website used for employees to order work clothes (they get a certain amount of points a year and can order what they want with them but only at certain times of the year). At the end of the order period their department head using this plugin export the order for their department and make sure people haven’t been stupid (office employee ordering sewage worker boots etc…) they then either refund the incorrect items and then export the list again and send it to the order department or if everything is okay send the original exported list to be ordered.

The problem: An employee ordered the wrong stuff, so the item was refunded and the points went back to his WooWallet. The issue is however in the exported excel the refunded item doesnt appear but the collumn that has the “total number of points spent” still has the original total without the refunded points beign deducted. It is causing an issue because the points are given out yearly and are meant to be spent throughout the whole year so the department heads look in that collumn to make sure they haven’t gone overboard spending too many points when they only just got them. There are too many employees to check every single users point total in the wallet tab (plus I don’t really want them to have access to it).

So the big question is: How do i get the exported spreadsheet to have the new total (the one that is shown on the site before exporting) instead of the old total.

Attached are some picctures of what I mean, sorry they are in German but you can get the jist by looking at them.

    Thanks in advance!!

Hi could you explain that more please? Although im part of the IT department, I am tech support and I have little to no experience with websites at all. The guy who did the website left and while they are looking for a replacement i’Ve been put in charge of it and this problem obviously had to happen now when it is my responsibility. Thanks.

    hi

    For example,
you export field “Order Total Amount”,
you must replace it with field “Order Total Amount (- Refund)”.

    Please, use section “Setup fields”.
    thanks, Alex
