Omnibus Directive
-
Good day, I want to ask how it is possible to comply with the EU regulation on displaying the lowest price of a product in the last 30 days.
- your plugin displays this message only for products discounted using your plugin (and even that is not entirely correct – I will write the errors at the end of the post). And it also does not display this message for products where the discount was made directly in the backend.
- plugins directly intended for displaying a 30-day price history, do not have access to your discounts because you make discounts “on the fly” outside of writing to the backend.
is there any solution to comply with the directive and be able to record the lowest price of both classic product discounts and discounts using your plugin???
errors in your omnibus addon:
- the lowest price in the last 30 days should only be displayed for products on sale. in your case it remains there even when the product is no longer on sale
- after correctness the lowest previous price should be displayed (before the current sale) your addon includes the current sale in the calculation, so many times it marks it as the lowest price in the last 30 days.
- can you please fix this? or at least give these options to choose from so that it is correct and correct according to the law?
thank you very much
I have been using your plugin for a long time and I plan to use it on other e-shops, but until I solve this overall problem with the legislation, I will not be able to use it anymore
