on click malicious website opens

Hi

With your plugin activated and cached open, on clicking my website (http://sendgiftpakistan.com/) pages while comes from google search, some customers face malicious websites open up in new tab. Strange!

I actually tested this by disabling plugins one by one and come to know this fastest cache is the culprit!

When i disable cache and deactivate this plugin the issue goes out. But obviously the speed of my website slows down.

I actually using you plugin since long and do not want to replace it if this issue resolves.

Any suggestion?
