On ssl backend css is not loading

Hi! my website is ssl enabled with both frontend and backend as ssl protected as i was using your website i could not use temporarily whitelist ip button and warning for unsecure url blocked was there, i checked the source code and found css was not loading due to http – plugins/better-wp-security/core/css/ithemes.css , please let me know if this was the only issue.
