Our Abandoned Cart Lite plugin does not capture the cart as abandoned after the order is placed. Our plugin will consider the cart as abandoned when the users add the items to the cart and leave the website without completing the checkout process. It will not capture the orders having “On-hold” status as abandoned. So you will not need to add any custom snippet to prevent capturing these orders.

Believe me, I wouldn’t use it if it worked that way. But the problem is that it sends emails to customers with bank transfer, on-hold status. What could be the solution?

This is strange. The reminder email should not be sent to customers after the order is placed.
