    Hi,

    aktually (Version 7.2.1) the content from Infopoint (onclick) was not be showed. In the Prewiev ist works, published it dosen`t.

    In Chrome i become this Error:
    wpvr-public.js?ver=5.6:58 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘pause’ of undefined
    at Object.wpvrhotspot [as clickHandlerFunc] (wpvr-public.js?ver=5.6:58)
    at HTMLDivElement.<anonymous> (pannellum.js?ver=1:1818)

    It looks like a problem whith the background-music?

    Hi @topsch ,

    When we visited your link, we can see the tour image is missing from your media folder.

    So, the tour is not showing up right now.

    Can you please create a new tour with the same images, publish it on a test page and give us the link?

    We’ll have a look and try to identify the issue.

    Sorry. I changed the image. Now the image loads. Onclick will not open in Firefox (84.0) but in Chrome. However, width and height are ignored.

    Hi @topsch ,

    We tested your tour page from the Firefox browser.

    It turned out that this is a Firefox Browser JS issue with our plugin.

    Our developers are working on it right now and hopefully, we’ll release a fix for this on the next update.

    but under Firefox the issue ist still there.

    Hi @topsch ,

    We had a look at your tour page and found that the plugin still has the old codes from the previous version of the plugin.

    Can you please make sure that you’re using the latest version of WPVR?

    If the plugin is up to date, clear the cache of your site from the backend.
