Hi @icehammerlv,
Thanks for reaching out.
We would like to inform you that if your site uses WPML or any other multilingual plugin along with our free plugin, the document generated will be in the user language used at the checkout, while the attachment will be sent in the WooCommerce email language provided translation files for the selected language are present.
In your case, as the translations for the product name and payment method are available, those label data are displayed in Russian, while the other fields remain untranslated.
If you wish to customize the document language for email attachments, print, and download options, you may consider upgrading to the premium version of the plugin. As the support forum is meant for discussing issues related to WordPress plugins. You may raise a pre-sale query via this link.
Yes we use WPML – and we understand that the plugin can be translated and then each invoice will be in a different language – but we want to use only 1 language – English regardless of what language the user uses. We found in your documentation that planin has an option to select the language of the site (we have English version) but we can’t select the language of the document as it is written in this article.

Hi @icehammerlv,
The option to select either ‘Site Language’ or ‘Customer Language’ for document generation is available exclusively in the premium version of the plugin. The documentation you shared is of the premium add-on. Thanks for your understanding.
