• Resolved Off Pavement

I am very new to WordPress so please be kind…

My page rv-camping.org/nebraska/ displays “Index of Nebraska” and a link “Parent Directory” that goes to the site home page.

If the URL rv-camping.org/Nebraska/ is used, all is well and that is my current work around. I’ve tried renaming the file “Nebraska” but it reverts to “nebraska”.

Google search results is displaying the /nebraska page and it should display what is displayed on /Nebraska. There is no page named /Nebraska so I’m at a loss how to fix this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Have you looked on your FTP server to see if there’s a folder called nebraska?
If so, I would delete that.
That might be the problem, but I’m not sure.
I would also try to change the url or the page to nebraska.

Capitals shouldn’t be used in url.

Thanks Christine! There was a Nebraska folder that was causing the problem. Thanks again!
