One Post notification triggered 10 emails

    We recently launched our site. The first blog post triggered one email to the subscribers beautifully. The next post triggered 10 emails to subscribers over a 12 hour time period. Clearly this not what we want to happen and lost 5 subscribers because they were receiving duplicate emails. I can see them all in Sent Email but I don’t know what triggered it.
    How can I make sure this will not happen again?
