    Hi, The plugin has been working well up to now but one of the reviews won’t show on the website, despite being present in the admin in the reviews list. Why might this happen?

    Double check the filters for the review template and make sure one is not filtering it out.

    I have more information now:

    In my “sources “Get Google Reviews”I can see that I have just one source but in the Template Filter Settings it shows 2 sources of the same name. The missing review is shown in one source on its own and all other reviews are in the other source which has the exact same name.

    To summarise, I have only added one source but in the Filter Settings it shows 2 sources.

    That is really strange. It sounds like maybe the download source got changed or updated. When the reviews are downloaded they are tagged with the download source name/id. You may have to just delete reviews and start over.
