    Hello there!

Thanks for fixing a CCS issue I reported on a few days ago!

I have another question about your plugin which was recommended to me by a CC rep.

I was wondering if you are aware or came across this problem before:
I have multiple lists, but when my existing subscriber tries to subscribe to my other lists, in addition to the one he is already subscribed to, he/she doesn’t get an email from that list. Seems that auto-responders don’t get triggered by an existing email. I’v e tested this many times and can’t figure out if it is me making a mistake somewhere or is it a known glitch.
    Thank you.

Making sure we have the setup correct and understood, so that we can potentially test the scenarios:

You have two different forms on your site, and both are tied to separate Constant Contact lists.

They sign up for the first one, no problem. They sign up for the second one, and no email confirmation of being added to the list? Also no confirmation of being on the list by you or a coworker?

Details: this is with using the same email address, and not two separate ones?

    You got almost everything right.

I have 4 lists on CC. I have 4 forms on the website leading to those 4 lists respectively.
I test using one email address. I sign up to list#1 and get an email as expected. I sign up to a list #2, then list #3, then list #4 (using that same email address). I see on CC side that this email address is signed up for all 4 lists. But I (as a subscriber) never get email form lists #2,#3 and #4. As an admin I get email that someone signed up for list#1,#2,#3 and #4.

I was using another plugin and it had almost the same issue. After talking to a CC rep, he said that plugin has an error and doesn’t trigger auto-responders. He suggested this one. Even though it seems people can sign up to multiple lists, they don’t get confirmation emails or the content that they are expecting to get from other lists.

    Thanks.

    Gotcha.

We’ll see what we can to help, especially on the WordPress plugin side of things.
