one theme for multiple languages for readers

    Hi all,
    I am using wordpress theme for my website. My problem is how to use the same theme for different languages for readers. For instance, My main website in in English. I have another Icon on the header where when clicked, it will open the same theme (wordpress) in Spanish. Content and structure will be the same but in different language. I wonder how to do it in wordpress?

    Your advise will be much appreciated.
