One time costs?

Hi, I ma selling a subscription with an added one time cost, and I would like to keep them together instead to force the client to loose time buying 2 products.
Do you have some suggestion about how to add a one time cost while ordering one or more subscritions?
For example I buy a subscription fo 30€ monthly and the start cost is plu 100€.
