Are we to believe the free version of the poll allows anyone to vote multiple times unless we buy the PRO? How is this poll tool any good as a free poll tool, if the poll can be slanted by the users running numbers up on any single answer, thus ruining the purpose of a poll? Tell us this is not the case?

The plugin offers 6 detection methods: for example – IP Address, PHP Cookie, IP Address time, IP Address PHP Cookie time, PHP Cookie time.
Possibility to specify the time of re-voting. After what time can you vote in the poll again.
