You can try resolving this issue by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Dazzling Options -> Other -> Custom CSS

word-break: break-word;
}

One last concern: I also noticed that after updating Dazzling theme from 2.0.1 to 2.0.4 my Google PageSpeed Insight score for my website dropped from 70 to around 40 ! I haven’t posted any new posts or installed extra plugins. Note this is with W3 Total Cache enabled (about 36 without caching). Could this be something to do with the theme update? Kindly advise, need to resolve this for Adsense.

Regarding Google PageSpeed Insight score i have not faced such issue so not sure it’s related with theme update but you can test it yourself by using both older and newer version of theme one by one.
