In the preview mode (prior to publishing) the OnePlus 5t view shows some of the pages for a Story only showing half of the text or graphics. For the other Story iPhone 11 or Pixel previews, everything is present. What is causing the OnePlus 5t phone preview to not show all of the page info on certain Story pages?

@glamkaren Hello! Do you experience the same issue when using a Chrome incognito window?

If possible, could you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing? You can use services like JumpShare or Imgur to share.

@glamkaren Thank you for sharing that recording. Can you confirm if you see the same issue after clearing any cache, and when using a different browser in incognito mode?

Note that this preview mode shows the story in 3 differently sized iframes and is not the actual live preview of the story running on an actual device.

You can safely ignore the preview for now, but if this is happening consistently for you please share the affected story URL so we can investigate.
