    Hi there,

I understand that you’re unable to access the Payments tab and are seeing an error message instead I know how frustrating that can be when trying to manage your payment settings.

To help us narrow down the cause, could you please let me know if any changes were made on your site before the issue started appearing?

Also, The error you’re seeing indicates a JavaScript/React problem in the WooCommerce Payments (WooPayments) plugin. Essentially, the plugin’s admin interface is failing to load properly, which is why the Payments tab isn’t accessible.

To help narrow down whether this plugin is causing the issue, you can try temporarily disabling the WooCommerce Payments plugin. After deactivating it, check if the Payments tab (or other parts of WooCommerce) loads normally.

This will help determine if the problem is specifically with WooPayments or if another plugin/theme is contributing. Once tested, you can reactivate the plugin and we can look at next steps depending on the results.

In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further.

    Bonjour

    Hi @anatoly65,

Thank you for sharing your System Status Report and the error logs, that information is very helpful and I appreciate you taking the time to provide it.

From the logs you shared, I can see the following error appearing repeatedly on your site:

2026-03-13T08:10:30+00:00 Critique Uncaught TypeError: Return value of Yoast\WP\SEO\Schema_Aggregator\User_Interface\Site_Schema_Response_Header_Integration::serve_custom_response() must be of the type bool, null returned in /homepages/44/d870408037/htdocs/app870408138/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/src/schema-aggregator/user-interface/site-schema-response-header-integration.php:62

Since this error originates from the Yoast SEO plugin, it suggests there may be a plugin conflict affecting the WooCommerce admin interface, which could explain why the Payments tab is not loading correctly.

To help confirm whether this is caused by a plugin conflict, please try the following test:

    1. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
    2. Then check if you can access WooCommerce → Settings → Payments again.
    3. If the page loads correctly, reactivate your plugins one by one until the issue reappears. This will help identify the plugin causing the conflict.

You can find a detailed guide on how to safely perform a conflict test here: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

Once you have completed the test, please let us know what you find and we will be happy to guide you on the next steps. Looking forward to your update.

    Bonjour

En effet, j’ai désactivé Yoast SEO et maintenant ca fonctionne.
Est ce que cela signifie que je dois me passer de Yoast?

    Merci pour votre aide.

    Hi there,

Thank you for the update, and I’m glad to hear that deactivating Yoast SEO resolved the issue on your end.

This doesn’t necessarily mean that you need to stop using Yoast altogether. Since the issue only appears when the plugin is active, it suggests there may be a conflict between Yoast SEO and another plugin or a specific setting on the site.

A couple of things you could try:

    • Make sure that Yoast SEO, WooCommerce, and all other plugins are updated to their latest versions.
    • After updating, reactivate Yoast and check if the issue still occurs. Sometimes plugin updates include fixes for these kinds of conflicts.

If the problem returns after reactivating Yoast, it would be best to reach out to the Yoast support team as well and let them know about the conflict. They may already be aware of it or be able to suggest a specific fix.

Please feel free to let us know what happens after updating and reactivating the plugin, and we’ll be happy to take another look if needed.

Before you go, If you found WooCommerce helpful in setting up your store, we would really appreciate it if you could leave a five-star review here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/reviews/#new-post. Your feedback helps us improve and lets other users know how WooCommerce can support their business.
