Ongoing Spam Issues Despite reCAPTCHA

    Hello,

    We’re currently experiencing an issue with reCAPTCHA. Despite using both Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3, we are still receiving a large amount of spam. The volume of spam remains the same—very high.

    Is there a possible solution to this? For example, do you offer an alternative option like a simple math question (e.g., 3 + 8 = 11) to help reduce spam?

    I hope you’re doing well and I’m sorry to see that you’re facing this issue.

    Please note that I’ve tried to check the page, but it’s timing out on my end, so I wasn’t able to check the form directly.

    Please note that having 2 captchas set on the same page is not actually recommended, instead, please stick to v3 if possible and confirm tha tit loads on the page where the form is.

    Apart from this, you can use honeypot and the Akismet antispam integration on Forminator from Behavior > Security – https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#security

    Could you please enable those and confirm if it helps?
