Online calculator plugin

    Can any of you recommend any easily customizable calculators plugins? I need to accomplish the following:

    1) Entry fields and labels in a tabular format
    2) A function that would add up the totals of the data the user inputted in the entry fields

    I’ve tried out a bunch of the plugins in the marketplace but can’t find the right combination or fields and/or customizability.
