Online quote calculator plugin

I have a spreadsheet that I currently use to work out quotes for my vinyl decal business and I would like to add something similar to my site.

Currently the spreadsheet does the following;

The customer enters, width, height and quantity

The spreadsheet takes the width and height and multiplies them to give an area in square inches.
It then multiplies that area by a cost per sq in value determined by vinyl type.
It then multiplies the area by a setup figure and using a couple of IF calculations works out a setup fee.

Is there a plugin that will allow me have the spreadsheet in the dashboard and then just call cell values to a sidebar widget or page?
