    Hi,

    Few days back I noticed that when I add a new product to my online store, it’s not showing/ coming up in the Catalogue at all. Also, the Filtering feature is not working, meaning if I select a brand from the dropdown menu, it’s not being filtered, instead All products are still showing.

    It struck my attention that the developer has added the following plugins for filtering products, I don’t know if they are all necessary and if they work nicely together?

    1. Product Filter by WooBeeWoo
    2. Woo Product Filter PRO
    3. WOOF – Woocommerce Product Filter

    I tried deactivating all of them and reactivated one by one but it didn’t help.
    I also already deactivated the Cache plugin.

    Please let me know if you have any idea about what the problem could be and how can I resolve it.

    https://i.imgur.com/QFg9XMO.png – As far as I can see the brand filter works.

    Product Filter by WooBeeWoo + Woo Product Filter PRO – These plugins both must be installed and active.

    WOOF – I have no information if it is used on your site somewhere.

    Hi Nick,

    Both Product Filter by WooBeeWoo + Woo Product Filter PRO plugins are installed.
    WOOF is used for the left side bar.

    I contacted WooBeWoo but I was hoping there’s a quicker way to get this resolved.
