Only admin logins being shown
-
We’ve tested this a lot, but right now, the only login being tracked is the admin logins. No other users show.
I assumed there would be an area to correct this, but if there is I can’t find it.
Any help appreciated

Hello Kerry,
I have double checked user login log on my server, plugin display all user log in info.
May be that on your server another plugin is conflicting with user login log.
Can you share me list of activated plugins and theme.I will test them with user login log and if any issue will find then i will try to resolve it.
Thanks

KerryHello Kerry,
Do you have create your users using Ultimate Member plugin ?
Now plugin is not compatible with ultimate member plugin. User login log display info only those user who are login wordpress wp-admin or login.php page.
We will try to make compatible it with Ultimate Member.
Thanks
Our login is using the wp-login.php, not ultimate member.

Hello Kerry,
Your plugin list is too long , we will need take extra time for test your all plugin with user login log.
You can also test it, just deactivate all other plugin except one is user login log, then check that your login data will display or not.
Thanks
Wishlist Member is the conflict.
Kerry
Thanks kerry,
We will try to make compatible our plugin with Wishlist Member.
Thanks
I’m still interested in this. Let me know if there is an update.

Hello kerrya4446,
our team is working on this..the updated version will be published soon, we hope you’ll like it.
Thanks.Hello, I have the same issue.
The user who’s not visible in the login log, has multiple custom roles assigned, created by the Members plugin. May be this could be the problem? The admin only has one role (administrator).
Can this plugin only log users with one default WordPress role?
Thanks!
HI Peter.
Most of my users are “Subscribers” some and both Subscribers and Participants (created by bbPress).
I finally uninstalled the plugin as it just wan’t doing anything for us.
Thanks
Kerry
Hello Peter Berger,
Please de-activate all other plugins and test the user login log, if then also the problem is not fixed please let us know.
Thanks.Hi,
I just deactivated all plugins except your plugin and logged in with an other user with multiple (custom) roles (and also a default role). The login is not visible in de log of your plugin.
Then I gave that user just one default WP role and logged in again. Now the login is visible in the log of your plugin.
After that, I gave that user just one custom role and logged in again. That login is also visible in the log of your plugin.
I guess multiple roles for one user is the problem. I also tried another (activity) log plugin and that works fine.
Thanks for your time and your nice plugin!
Peter
We are checking the our latest plguin version with latest wp version.
Let you know updates on this.
Thanks
Hello Peter Berger,
Will you please mention the author name of the plugin that you are using i.e “Wishlist Member” so it is easy to find that. There are many plugins getting shown by similar names.
Thanks.
