I’m afraid not. This plugin was specifically designed to allow anonymous commenters to edit their comments.

Ajax Edit Comments (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-ajax-edit-comments/) does allow you to disable anonymous commenters from editing, thus giving you the capability to only allow registered users to edit.
