Only Blank Page

Installed the plugin.

Simple out of the box <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[print-me target=”#main”]’); ?>. Generated only a blank page on Safari and Chrome. Played around with other target options, still just blank pages.

Here is the link http://carolinacabinetwarehouse.com/. Add a product and check the cart page http://carolinacabinetwarehouse.com/cart/ you could see the print button.

Please help.
