Only database backup works

    Hello there I tested this tool with 2 different projects and successfully tested FTP settings and the file backup never worked. Only the database backup.

    However I do not give the -2 stars because it did not work however the user is not noticed if something goes wrong. The backup type is “Complete” and it looks like everything is fine – however in the backup files is only the SQL not any files.

    Please correct me if I am wrong and at least make sure that the user is notified if something goes wrong.

    Hi,

    Due to Exclude Folders and Files rule there is pipe separator (|) end of your exclude rule exclude all files.
    I have removed (|) from exclude rule (end of the rule ) and updated new version(V.1.1).

    Go to WP ALL Bacup > Setting > Exclude setting in the admin dashboard.

    Please remove (|) from exclude rule(end of rule) your site and let me know in case any issue.
