Only embed code – no form showing

    Hello.
    Installed is the Form Maker Pro plugin (ver 2.7.11).
    In the past it worked, but now it only shows [Form id “10”] on the page, no form.

    Some error code I get.
    session_start(): Failed to initialize storage module:
    user (path: )wp-content/plugins/form-maker/form-maker.php:415
    last error was Invalid date

    Somebody any idea what’s going on here?
