Only enqueue js if using shortcode

This has been asked before but, again, it doesn’t consider the case where the table being enhanced wasn’t produced by this plugin’s shortcode. (See the plugin’s “DataTables classes” setting.)

You could dequeue whatever scripts you don’t want in a given theme page yourself.
