Please provide us with the link, where the given poll is located for further investigation of your case.
Also, please clarify your request more in detail by providing us with screenshots for a better understanding.
By the way, please let us know whether you are using a Cache plugin or not.
If yes, then, the problem may be connected to the cache as well.
So, firstly, make a DB backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus).
Then, clear all the caches and check whether the issue persists or not. Make sure, the cache is not generated on the page where the given poll is located.
After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device. Then, let us know about the outcome.

Thanks for the quick reply:) i am NOT using a Cache plugin. I have tried to view the site in incognito mode and multiple other phone devices but the problem is always there when “only for logged in users” option is selected, which is found under “limitations” in “Edit poll”. here are the pictures requested
