Only Gmail is working

    I made a button with contact form popup and it closes when the email is successfully sent.

    I’ve been having an issue for months and it’s where if I set (to: [email protected]) email to gmail, it does work really well. However, if I use company email ex. [email protected]

    it won’t send email at all. what would b causing this issue?

    please let me know. I know if it was opposite where gmail doesn’t work, I can find few solutions but I can’t find anywhere else to solve this problem.

    Is your To: & From: email address the same in this case? Some hosting has restrictions on this.

    no they are different.

    my to: email address is currently gmail.com
    and from: email address is company.com

    Please supply all your input in the Form, Mail and Mail(2) sections of the CF7 interface (add as code or include as link to screenshots) – do this for the email combination that does not work.

    I tried adding another gmail address as Cc: Bcc: and those all works, but not our company email

    Is the information you provided for the email combination that does not work?

    like i said above, gmail in that screenshot that’s the only thing in the form that currently is working. everything else doesn’t work. so the only section that’s working right now would b To: “” section.

    To help you further I need the info I requested i.e. Form, Mail and Mail(2) sections of the CF7 interface for the email combination that does not work.

    Your other comments just confuse me & are unhelpful.
