Only load assets when required

    Hey guys,
    I don’t know whether this one is possible or not – but is it possible to only load the cookie notice assets when they’re absolutely required? Let’s say I have cookie expiry set to pop up once every… 3 months. For that 3 month period, can I prevent the cookie-notice CSS loading on every single page load, every day for that 3 month period?
