Only loading spinner

    Hello! When trying to open the Quick View of a product, only a loading spinner appears and nothing is displayed. I am using the latest version of the plugin.

    After a lot of testing, it turns out that another plugin of yours WPC Smart Message is interfering with the Quick View. After I disable it and the quick view works, but I want both plugins to work together. Now Smart Message is turn off.

    Hi @chemicalguys ,

    Maybe the shortcode of smart messages was not working properly. Could you kindly share the backend smart message settings in images so that we could take some tests and fix the issue from our end?

    Hello! Thank you for your response!

    I’m sending you a sample message, but I have 18 messages to display, I don’t have time to open them all and take such pictures for all of them. If you can solve the problem, OK, if not, I’ll be left without the messaging plugin, it’s not fatal even without it. Thank you!

    * * If you want, I can start the messages plugin for a day and leave them running, while you inspect the site?

    We do not have any technical support agent available on this forum. I just want to have some shortcode to test and reproduce the settings on our test site so I can write a report to our developers.
