Only Migrating Some Entries

Another one of the probably MT to WP converts here with the first of what will probably be a long line of questions. I’m using the migration to rethink my various domains. I’m wanting to split them up in a more logical manner and hopefully, more balanced manner. I’ve managed to import all entries that include the category “Journal” into WP. But now I want to redirect ONLY those entries. It doesn’t seem like any of the current solutions allow for that yet I have the vague feeling it shouldn’t be that hard of a modification. Ideas or help anyone?
