Only One Custom sidebar displaying

    I am having a problem getting a second custom sidebar on my Tutorial page.
    Under the Sidebars menu in the Page Edit page only one option comes up :Left Sidebar. My website is oz.wazzat.co.za. I am using the Metronics theme. What could be the cause of this? I am using the custom sidebar plugin v 1.3.1
