    I’ve tried everything and every setting. Anytime there is any DIV or SPAN around the lines of FAQ then all the lines stay open. I want it to close open FAQs when clicking on another.

    Type this in WordPress text editor and they both stay open:

    <div>
    <h3>Heading One</h3>
    <p>Text One</p>
    <h3>Heading Two</h3>
    <p>Text Two</p>
    </div>

  • I’m having the same problem, only one open at a time isn’t working for me. Any progress?

    Thank you for bringing this up. While investigating the issue, I discovered two problems, one that was causing this feature to not work when using the shortcode, and one that caused it to not work in the case you mentioned.

    The new version will be posted later today.

    My apologies for not responding sooner. When ronr1999 first posted the problem, I had just started an bathroom renovation that had to be completed before the arrival of my family’s new baby (which is expected any day now).

    Version 3.2.6 just uploaded, should be available for download pronto via ww.wp.xz.cn or the WordPress plugins dashboard, or you can download it here on my website.

    Thank you again for bringing this to my attention.

    Hello,
    I have the same problem with my site http://relief-from-pain.co.uk/product/magnehealth-cushion-pads/

    I am using vers 3.2.7

    The arrows are missing at the moment but this is my fault, the text still operates the drop down.
    Hopefully you can help.
    Thanks
    Guy
