Hello,
Are you using the free or the premium version of the plugin?
hello, this one here on WP.
It’s the free version with a limited output feature. Like you said, a standard screenshot of the canvas. The premium version allows you to generate more outputs formats.
are u serious? what in the world would anyone do with that?
That’s an excellent question.
And the first answer that comes in mind is that we are people too who need to pay their bills and every other stuff that living people pay for. And in order to do that after spending that much time developing the plugin you’re using now is to get some money out of it. And one of the ways to do so is to price some features like the ones you need now. I bet you’re not using our plugin just for the fun and you’re planning to do business and get some money out of it right? That makes two of us! If you don’t want to pay $45 for a plugin that will bring you more money and which cost us more than 3 years to build and stabilize, you can develop your own code. I’m pretty sure it will simply take 5 minutes to you.
Good luck friend!
thanks, good luck to you too!
and this kinda talk you think will pay your bills?
so what features are you talking about? making screenshots?
going pro with a plugin is not the issue here. we’re talking about the version here on WP, where you only advertise without offering anything useful!
and for the same money there are just better coded plugins with more functionality out there. sorry, but you might wanna spend another 3 years on developing and being rude to your potential customers 😉
Oh we always respect customers who respect our work. They usually need a lot of things and are ready to pay for it. They don’t ask us why in the world we would put some features in the premium version because they understand. We really don’t need “potential customers” who want everything for free and don’t ask questions politely. That’s the kind of people we gladly work with, not the other kind.
sure. like everyone can see in all your answers to support-threads… you’re perfectly polite and know how to do business, right? 🙂
i understand the argument about features in pro-versions, but i’m not asking for a fancy extra-feature here, but for the basic functionality plugins like this are intended for! so what’s offered as “premium” in your plugin in reality is basic standard of actually good plugins for this purpose. then they add real features. and this way their devs are able to pay their bills.
