Only showing single column

This is for a uni assignment and has been struggling a lot to get this to work, no matter what I do the posts just show up in a single column instead of a grid. Please help I feel like I’ve tried everything,

What I have tried.
1. using shortcut in page and in php file
2. checking files for crossing code
3. taken away css to see if any are causing the conflict ( none are)
