Only some field show up

    Hi,

    I tried to add some fields (both checkbox and text) into the checkout form. However, only two field seems to appear (Industry & a checkbox). All other field are forced to be hidden. I tried the inspect function of Chrome and still find the code there, it just do not appear.

    Can you check out what might happen and how can I solve this problem?

    Hello @baoquyviet

    It is likely that your template’s CSS is hiding the fields you have set.

    Please send a screen of the fields you have set in the plugin, the fields (form) on the checkout page.

    Can you install the Health Check plugin and send me a data about your wordpress and server details?
